Cancellation & Refund

Order Acceptance Policy

once you have placed your order with resetcomputers.in you will receive an automatic email indicating we have received your order. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, not does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

All item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Resetcomputers.in reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.

resetcomputers.in reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by our fraud avoidance and payment services departments.

resetcomputers.in may require additional information and/0r verification before accepting and processing any order.

Order Cancellation

At resetcomputers.in, we make every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information. Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship once the necessary order verifications have been completed and cannot be cancelled once the order has shipped. If a product is out of stock, the item(s) will be placed on back order and shipped to you when stock becomes available. Most back orders can be cancelled anytime prior to the order shipping.

resetcomputers.in reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for product that is advertised in error that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error.

Back Orders

When you place an order for an out-of-stock item resetcomputers.in will preauthorize your method of payment however we will-not charge your method of payment until stock is ready to ship. Pricing on backorders is subject to change. If the price decreases you will be charged the cost of the item on the day it becomes available to ship. If the product price increases, we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel your order at no charge.

A backorder may cancelled at any time prior to shipping. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the rare occasion that a backordered product becomes end of life or is no longer available resetcomputers.in reserves the right to cancel the order.

Non-Cancellable Non-returnable items (NCNR)

Non-Cancellable Non-Returnable or “NCNR” applies to select products that are special order, end of life or in any case when a Manufacturer requires returns to be issued directly with them. If you order an NCNR item resetcomputers.in cannot cancel your order once it is placed.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 5% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

    Non-Cancellable Non-returnable items (NCNR)

    • No Cancellation/Exchange on Pre-Order products, gaming chairs and orders made during special offer/occasion or emergency like COVID-19 crisis.
    • No Cancellation/Exchange allowed for Cabinets/PC Case after dispatch.
    • No Cancellation/Exchange or return allowed in any circumstances for GPU/ graphics cards.

    Refurbished Product:

    • All refurbished products are marked on our website as Refurbished – Final Sale. No returns will be accepted on refurbished products.

Return Policy

No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We accept no responsibility for products returned without an RMA number. Please request an RMA number by emailing us here.

If your order arrives damaged, please attempt to refuse delivery. If the shipment is unable to be refused, please contact us Within 3 (three) days to initiate a damage claim.

We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the order.

    Defective Hardware:

    • Up to 3 (three) days from the date of shipment, any proven defective hardware will have an RMA issued based on the policies and guidelines that are in place directly from each Manufacturer. If your RMA is approved for repair, please note that this could take 2-8 weeks to complete. When your RMA is approved for return, instructions will be provided to you via email. It is the responsibility of the client to follow and return the products in a timely manner to the warehouse location that is provide./li>
    • After 3 (three) days from date of shipment, all products are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty policy.

    Defective Software:

    • Please note that defective software may be returned for replacement only. Defective software cannot be returned for credit.

    Non-Defective/Factory Sealed:

    • Due to Manufacturer requirements, we are unable to offer returns for opened, non-defective products. This follows our Manufacturer policies and therefore no exceptions can be made.
    • For items that are still factory Sealed/remain in their original shipping box, an RMA may be requested for up to 3 (three) days from the shipment date.
    • If approved, all Non-Defective, or Factory Sealed returns are subject to a 20%, Rs:1000 minimum, restocking fee – whichever is greater. All approved returns are subject to the conditions outlined int eh RMA Notification Email that you will receive upon approval of your RMA request.

Credits may take up to 15 business days after confirmation from the warehouse that the RMA has been processed.

Items returned without an RMA case number, missing packaging or components, or items not matching the approved conditions, will be shipped back to the client at their expense.

Shipping charges (both side) are extra, and the responsibility of the client. When returning items, the client should confirm that all items are well packaged, as they are responsible for any additional damage to an item, or loss during return shipment.
