At ResetComputers, we make every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information. Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship once the necessary order verifications have been completed and cannot be cancelled once the order has shipped. If a product is out of stock, the item(s) will be placed on back order and shipped to you when stock becomes available. Most back orders can be cancelled anytime prior to the order shipping.
ResetComputers reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for product that is advertised in error that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error.
When you place an order for an out-of-stock item ResetComputers will preauthorize your method of payment however we will-not charge your method of payment until stock is ready to ship. Pricing on backorders is subject to change. If the price decreases you will be charged the cost of the item on the day it becomes available to ship. If the product price increases, we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel your order at no charge.
A backorder may cancelled at any time prior to shipping. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the rare occasion that a backordered product becomes end of life or is no longer available ResetComputers reserves the right to cancel the order.
Promotional discounts and instant rebates are available while supplies last products on promotion must ship during promotion period or price will not be maintained. Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship as soon as possible once the necessary order verifications have been completed. ResetComputers is not responsible for any price changes that may occur due to delays in processing your order. If your order does not ship during the promotional or rebate period a ResetComputers representative will contact you and you will have the option to cancel your order or proceed at the regular price.
ResetComputers makes it a priority to ensure that all listed product descriptions proved by the manufacturer and suppliers are correct. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, ResetComputers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification, regardless as to whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your payment accepted. If your method of payment has already been charged and the order is cancelled, ResetComputers shall issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
We make every effort to bring the lowest prices possible to our clients however, due to conditions beyond our control, prices are subject to increase even after your order has been placed. If a price increase should occur during the processing of your order, you will be notified and have the right to cancel your order at no charge to yourself.
Should a descriptive error be discovered once the item (or items) is received please contact our Customer Service Department to advise. If it is determined that a descriptive error exists, we will arrange for the return of the item at no cost and credit the amount of the item in full.
Non-Cancellable Non-Returnable or “NCNR” applies to select products that are special order, end of life or in any case when a Manufacturer requires returns to be issued directly with them. If you order an NCNR item ResetComputers cannot cancel your order once it is placed.
If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 5% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We accept no responsibility for products returned without an RMA number. Please request an RMA number by emailing us here.
If your order arrives damaged, please attempt to refuse delivery. If the shipment is unable to be refused, please contact us Within 3 (three) days to initiate a damage claim.
We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the order.
Credits may take up to 15 business days after confirmation from the warehouse that the RMA has been processed.
Items returned without an RMA case number, missing packaging or components, or items not matching the approved conditions, will be shipped back to the client at their expense.
Shipping charges (both side) are extra, and the responsibility of the client. When returning items, the client should confirm that all items are well packaged, as they are responsible for any additional damage to an item, or loss during return shipment.
All returns and replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer any time after the first 3 days of invoice. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. Please contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information.
ResetComputers offers an exclusive Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty (the “Lifetime Warranty”), which covers the original Core Computer. “Core Computer” is defined as all of the hardware inside the computer case. The Core Computer any special-order parts which were specifically requested by the original purchaser, which special order parts are warranted only for as long as their original underlaying manufacturer warranty for such parts. Because of rapidly and ever-changing computer technology and manufacturers, certain parts or components can become unavailable. Graphics Cards, Liquid cooling & water-cooling components only for as long as their original underlaying manufacturer warranty for such parts and are not covered by the ResetComputers Lifetime Parts guarantee.
Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the end customer who originally purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product.
During the Lifetime Warranty, ResetComputers will, at its option, repair or replace any defective desktop computer or defective part thereof, at its discretion, with new, used, refurbished, recertified, or comparable parts; however, if a desktop computer or component is no longer manufactured or widely supported computer impracticable, ResetComputers may, at its sole option, elect not to repair the desktop computer, but instead issue an in-store credit for the then value of the desktop computer. ResetComputers Owns All Parts Removed from Repaired Products.
The following limitations apply to the Limited Lifetime Warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, which are not written herein.
1.For the Warranty term commencing on the date of shipment to the Customer, ResetComputers assures to the original purchaser that the covered hardware (Excluding Software) will be free of defects in workmanship and materials. ResetComputers will repair or replace the damaged hardware system, in its sole discretion, for covered faults throughout the appropriate warranty period, free of charge for labour and/or parts. Parts may not be same, but they will be equal. If the hardware system fails during the fist 30days, ResetComputers will pay for all shipping charges if the customer is in Chennai. Out side the Chennai, the Customer is responsible for both directions of shipment, regardless of when a claimed defect occurs. Customer will pay for shipping back to ResetComputers for any components or items sent for service after the initial 30days period, while ResetComputers will pay for return shipment to customer for up to one year following purchase inside Chennai. Customer is responsible for any shipping expenditures to and from ResetComputers beyond the first year of ownership. Products submitted in for approved service/replacement must be packaged in their original packaging and include copies of purchase receipts.
2. Non-ResetComputers repairs, upgrades, or installs on any covered ResetComputers Core Computer are not covered by the Warranties, and invalidate the Warranties immediately. The above warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than ResetComputers authorized executive’s/service providers.
3.ResetComputers does not warrant against loss of any data or images, and assumes no liability for such loss. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
4.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary by jurisdiction. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RESETCOMPUTERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST IMAGES, DATA, REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF RESETCOMPUTERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL RESETCOMPUTERS LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
5.Customer agrees that before supplying a computer for service, Customer has independently backed up all software and data on the computer, and that Customer is prepared for, and expects, that all data on the computer may be lost during or following any repair procedure, and that Customer understands that this document is intended to limit ResetComputers liability for such data losses. Customer guarantees that any machine left for warranty service has no unauthorized data or software.
6.Warranty repairs or servicing do not extend or prolong the warranty period. Any computer that is not claimed within 30 days is considered abandoned and ResetComputers property. We take all possible measures to ensure that a product booked on the website is delivered:

Your order will not ship until after it has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process orders within 24 hours, but this doesn’t guarantee that your order will be shipped out the same day. ResetComputers does not guarantee next day delivery. Shipping speed is outside our control and is dependent on the courier company.
Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.
However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of products due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
If User purchases multiple products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship products to different addresses, then User shall book separate orders for each of the delivery addresses.
The pin code of your shipping address will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus, the customer will pay a delivery fee for ordering the three items as a single order instead of if he orders them separately.
