Delivery of all orders placed in www.resetcomputer.in will be made to address mentioned in the Shipping address page, user shall verify the shipping address on the payment page also
Your order will not ship until after it has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process orders within 24 hours, but this doesn’t guarantee that your order will be shipped out the same day. resetcomputers.in does not guarantee next day delivery. Shipping speed is outside our control and is dependent on the courier company.
Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.
However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of products due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
If User purchases multiple products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship products to different addresses, then User shall book separate orders for each of the delivery addresses.
The pin code of your shipping address will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus, the customer will pay a delivery fee for ordering the three items as a single order instead of if he orders them separately.
